PostgreSQL translator not being correctly mapped during JDBC import

After importing JDBC from PostgreSQL, the resulting translator name in the model is "jdbc-simple"

Looked in debug and the "vendor" property that Designer uses to map translators is "postgres" and not "postgresql", so need to make changes to look for "postgres"
