Several supported databases missing in Teiid designer export menu

    Description

      With external materialization user / customer generates DDL files for creating materialized tables. These files contain SQL statements which will create tables with all necessary columns. Teiid designer misses support for several DB engines, which are supported with SOA-P 5.1. This causes that appropriate DDL files can't be generated for these databases.

      Missing databases are:
      PostgreSQL 8.2 and 8.3
      DB2 - 9.7
      Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g
