Re-connecting to existing Teiid server after server shutdown & restart causing multiple problems

If Server is stopped or crashes while Designer is running, the next "hit" on the server will result in error. After restarting server, Designer doesn't successfully re-set itself and Previewing data in workspace runs into server exceptions, etc...

Need to add logic to Designer to "clean-up" cached info (VDB's, Preview VDB's, Data sources, etc...) and re-set the cached Server object and it's contents.
