Remove importing of index information by default

By default, when a import job is run on a JDBC data source, the indexes are selected by default. Indexes are not commonly used artifact during the runtime, so it provides minimal benefit. Make the importing of index information "false" by default. This will produce less cluttered model in the Designer.
