WSDL to Relational Importer can create procedures having same names, and params with same names.

For some WSDLs the naming qualification and duplicate identification is not strong enough in the importer. As a result you can end up with same name procedures in a generated model, or duplicate names parameters in a procedure. The conflicting names can be fixed/qualified by the user.
