Major Description
Work on fixing NPE for TEIIDDES-573 & 612 resulted in breaking the ability to create a sub-type element from a selected built-in datatype.
The isReadOnly() check is performed on the selected datatype instead of the Schema model being edited. Since the build-in datatypes are read-only, this prevents creating simple types from build-in types.
