Restore preferences defaults not 100% - transformation editor layout & miscellaneous, for example

Windows > Preferences > Teiid Designer > Editor - Transformations tab. If I alter the SQL clauses and click the restore default button, the original values return. If I alter the values for Diagram Layout or Miscellaneous, clicking restore does not change these back to their original values.
