War Generation Compilation Process Causes NPE if Designer is Run with a JDK less than JDK 6

Need to do a check when the user starts the war generation wizard. If they are using JDK5 vs JDK6, warn them that they will need to manually compile the generated source files if they proceed using JDK 5. This problem goes away once we change the process to generate a dynamic web project instead of the war (https://jira.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-603).
