Removing UUID version os SQL requires fixes to Refactor Model actions/commands.

Refactor > Rename command utilized UUID SQL to re-construct the User SQL during refactoring. Need to provide a USER SQL based (i.e. model-path-based) method or framework to replace Model names in SQL if they change.

This also applies to Choice criteria in XML documents.
