Books and Parts sample projects do not include DDL scripts nor readme telling user how to set up data sources.

The two sample projects included with Teiid Designer include a "data" folder but that folder is empty. Presumably it should contain DDL files to set up the Books and Parts data sources on a MySQL and/or PostgreSQL DB so the user can actually deploy and run the sample VDB. It should also include a readme file instructing the user on how to load the DDL and how to bind the source models to the data sources once populated with sample data.
