Salesforce Importer cannot login because of unsatisfied HTTP Client dependency.

The SF importer used to depend upon a version of Axis that it included. It's now depending upon the import of the axis plugin. It's currently failing because it modifies the Axis engine to use a static connection from HTTP client, and the Axis plugin doesn't know where to find that dependency.
