Add Datatools profile plugins as <includes> to designer connectivity feature

The Integration stack standalone installer does not include the dependencies to bring in the vendor-specific connection profile plugins provided by datatools (i.e. hsqldb, ingres, mysql, postgresql, etc...)

Need to change Designer features to force this dependency
