problematic DEFAULT String literal values when export/importing a VDB

    Description

      VDBs with a column having a DEFAULT value such as
      ~~~
      DEFAULT `---
      ~~~

      results in an invalid
      ~~~
      DEFAULT ''---'
      ~~~

      on export. Can this be guarded against?
