Missing title and message in the "connection profile change" dialog

      Description

      I have import source model without connection profile. When I set other connection profile for this source, teiid designer shows me dialog but title and text are missing.

      I noticed that in this PR https://github.com/Teiid-Designer/teiid-designer/commit/53dc71ec0e656e4cbb32f31ee60f0368a7760177 were deleted some of the properties from org.teiid.designer.datatools.ui.i18n but some of them are still used in the code.
