import-vdb in generated dynamic VDB does not contain correct information

      1. Create reuse VDB or import project from attachments
      2. Change version of import VDB (in the reuseVDB set sourceVDB version to 3 and import data policies to "true")
      3. Save
      4. Generate dynamic VDB from reuseVDB

    Description

      When I change version of import VDB and generated dynamic VDB, import-vdb element contains incorrect information

      <import-vdb import-data-policies="false" name="sourceVDB" version="1"/>
      I think it should look like this:
      <import-vdb import-data-policies="true" name="sourceVDB" version="3"/>
