New Model Wizard doesn't copy view model with global temporary table properly

1. Create a project with a view model with definition of global temporary table. 2. Create a new project, run "New Model Wizard", set "Model Type" to "View Model", select "Copy from an existing model of the same model class", on the next screen pick the view model from step #1 and finish the guide. 3. View model created by the wizard contain an error, which can be resolved by setting the table as global temporary one, as should have been done by the wizard.
