Major Description
To create new model project, new models and new VDBs, users have to either select the Eclipse NEW action in toolbar, or via a right-click context menu.
We've gotten feedback that context menus aren't intuitive.
Add a simple drop-down action to Model Explorer Toolbar containing basic canned actions.
