VdbDeployment - add option to expose VDB as a source (or do it automatically)

Currently we have two VDB actions

• Modeling > Deploy
• Modeling > Create VDB Data Source

For the Modeling > Deploy action, we should at least provide an option to create the corresponding Data Source. Or just do it automatically?
