Add decorator to Default Teiid Instance section when default instance has been stopped or not running.

1) Created a 7.7.x Teiid 5.1 server and a 8.4 Final EAP 6.1 Alpha 1 server

2) Started both and selected 7.7.x instance as default

3) Stopped 7.7.x instance but default Teiid instance section showed no status of stopped server.

Either a warning or error overlay and maybe a status message (stopped)

For that matter... add "running" if started
