Remove remaining jar libraries from codebase

There still remains external libraries included in various plugins of the designer codebase, eg. jackson and modeshape. These libraries should either be:

• depended on in the target platform;
• downloaded and added to a lib directory using maven in the same manner as the teiid dependencies.
