Creation of multiple non-JDBC sources in Designer requires JBossAS restarts

    Description

      Creation of multiple non-JDBC sources results in exception, and the AS instance needs to be restarted for the source to be available. See referenced Teiid JIRA - teiid has made some admin api changes to enable workaround for this issue. We need to utilize the approach in Designer.
