IllegalArgumentException getting CommandHelper.getProjectedSymbols(). getResultSetColumns() may be null

If SQL contains CREATE VIRTUAL PROCEDURE BEGIN END, validation will result in an Illegal Arg exception because CreateProcedureCommand.getResultSetColumns() will return null and CommandHelper isn't checking for that.
