Create Web Service from relational model ends up with validation errors

1) Select a relational model
2) Right-click select Modeling > Create Web Service
3) Resulting WS model will have errors in operation transformations

• ERROR: Group does not exist: PartsViewModel_Output_View.PartsInfo_OutputView
  4) Cleaning/rebuilding the project will fix resolve the error
