Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) Open Model Extension Registry View
2) Click on "Choose MED from workspace and Add it to Registry" button
The dialog shows a 'Servers' folder in addition to folders containing MEDs

Show

Description

The MED selection dialog is not filtering out the Servers folder, see steps to reproduce.
