Error when deploying vdb in using TD 8.0

Occurs after deploying a vdb based on the model created from the US States wsdl. The steps in TEIIDDES-1492 should be followed to create the models. Then a vdb should be created containing the models and the resulting VDB should be executed.

Deployment of the vdb fails with the following error in the console:
