Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) File > Import... Choose Salesforce >> Source Model
2) Create Connection profile to a Salesforce demo instance
3) Test the connection and click Next
4) Metadata is gathered successfully. Click Next
5) Choose location and enter Model Name. Click Finish
Resulting exception is attached.
