Integrate Designer to work with JBoss Server view instead of Teiid View

Teiid 8.x changed how they work with the application server (AS 7.x) to the point where managing a separate Admin host/port now gets delegated the rest of JBDS/JBoss Tools Server UI/framework.

Designer should only manage the Teiid JDBC "port" and credentials.

The current Teiid View is technically "not required" since WTP & JBoss Tools provides extensions to add custom actions to the Server View.

However, the generic nature of the Server View won't lend itself to be "Teiid friendly", so to speak. Customer/user feedback has been to increase the functionality of the current Teiid View, so removing it does not make sense for this release.

So tasks that need to be addressed

1. Change "New Teiid Server" concept to "discover JBoss Server"? or launch New Server wizard?
   • We use "blind" wizard launch utils in Designer's Action Guides.
   • change paradigm to use combo-box selector for default server.
2. Need way for users to create/store JDBC connection info (current Server Wizard)
3. Replace Deploy and Execute VDB actions with actions that operate in the JBoss Server view
4. Replace "Create Data Source" action with action that works within the new AS7 & Teiid 8.x framework
5. Add Reuse VDB dependency to tree view content provider.
   • Shows dependent VDBs
   • Shows models(name) in VDB?
