      Steps taken to reproduce issue:

      1. Select an .xmi model in Model Explorer
      2. Click on a value in Properties View
      3. Dialog box appears saying "You must open this model in an editor tab before you can modify the property value. Do you want to open the editor?"

Issue: There is no checkbox option saying "Always open editor without prompting"

Other information: In Windows > Preferences > Teiid Designer the "Always open editor without prompting" option is unchecked.

When does the issue not present itself? The checkbox option appears as expected when a table is selected in Step 1, instead of an .xmi model.

When a user attempts to modify a value from Properties View, dialog box "You must open this model in an editor tab before you can modify the property value. Do you want to open the editor?" does not present checkbox option "Always open editor without prompting" as expected.

The dialog box seems to present different behavior depending on whether the user is viewing properties for an .xmi model or a table. The issue presents itself when the user is viewing properties for an .xmi model.
