Need to show Element datatypes in WSDL Importer Schema trees

While simplifying the WSDL Importer to show Elements/attrtibutes, we removed the children of Elements, namely "Type Definition" objects. Need to add them back so users can view Element types and help them select appropriate Teiid datatypes that match their elements.
