Add Progress Monitor to WSDL to Source Importer for Longer Tasks

Some processing in the WSDl to Source importer can take longer for more complex WSDLs and schemas. We should add a Progress Monitor for these tasks. Two tasks that I have identified: 1. Initial loading of the WSDL and 2. Determining the highest common root path
