Paste is disabled for tables in relational models

Introduction of the new "Base Table" wizards and removal of the Base Table as a New Child/New Sibling had the side-effect of disabling Paste action when trying to paste a Base Table into a relational model.

Need to re-enable the New Child/New Sibling actions and remove them from the menu prior to displaying.

Or find another way.
