Faced with multiple installation jar files, Designer may choose the wrong one

    Description

      I installed JBDS 4.1.2 and updated to 4.1.3. When finished, the old System.vdb file was still in the workspace plugins directory. To workarouns this problem, I needed to switch to a new workspace, which forced loading the correct jar file and its components (like System.vdb).
