Rename the "Web Services Data Source (non-SOAP)" to "Web Services Data Source (REST)"

We should rename the Web Services Data Source (non-SOAP) to New Web Services Data Source (REST). This will be more specific as to its intent and will be key to creating an importer for RESTFul services (including OData/SAP Gateway).
