vdb.xml file model element should have a metamodel class attribute

The GenerateWarAction.selectionChanged() method performs a check on the contents of a VDB in order to determine if there are Web Service models in it. This is currently a heavy weight operation that works with ModelResource objects.

If the Model element included a metamodelClass="Web Service" value in it, then the check would be much lighter weight operation.

Adding a property for Designer's consumption seems pretty straight forward.

The vdb-deploy.xsd schema defines the following element within the "model" complex type:
