Add ability to create View tables/model during JDBC import

JBEDSP-1224 was a patch to old MMX product which enabled creating View Model/Tables during JDBC import.

This was an enhancement and needs to be in the project code as well.

Note that the patch files attached can not be directly applied to code-base.
