Provide view that organizes quick-links to lists of common modeling tasks

Designer has tons of actions, dialogs and wizards. A lot of them are launched via "New >... " and "Import > ..." wizards.

This can be cumbersome and requires users to think outside of Teiid Designer and into "Eclipse"

Need a new Teiid Designer view that at least exposes these important actions in an organized fashion.

First though is allow user to select a Modeling Aspect (Manage Connections, Manage Source Models, Manage VDB's or PRojects etc..)
Selecting aspect would show list of applicable quick-link actions.
