Model Extension Definition Editor Properties Tab Has Layout Issues When No Metaclasses Exist

When there is no metaclasses in the MED, the metaclass table section in the properties tab of the MED editor is way too big. If a metaclass is added to the MED and the MED is save and reopened the layout issues go away.
