RuntimeAdapter Needs To Strip Off Extension Property Namespace Prefix Before Indexing

The Runtime Adapter is passing the extension property full identifier as the property identifier. The full identifier includes the model extension definition namespace prefix, a delimiter, and the property ID. It should be passing the extension property's simple ID which strips off the namespace prefix and the delimiter.
