Re-allocate VDB files panel space so models names take precedence over less important columns, such as description

Please modify the VDB dialog to suggest-or insist-that a column containing nothing (like description) could be made narrower than a column containing data (like model name). Columns on the left probably have data of greater importance than ones on the right.
