Reduce the Relationship metamodel UI contirbutions to bare minimum for displaying legacy relationship models

The relationship metamodel is going to be retired since it's not consumed by Teiid and will not be utilized in Modeshape.

Remove all non-essential UI components to reduce the exposer to user. Basically allow displaying the relationship diagram.

Remove Relationship Navigator, Relationship Search, Import SQL Relationships (Text) , etc...
