Mandatory property for external materialization is not listed properly

For external materialization, there is (among the others) one mandatory property teiid_rel:MATERIALIZED_STAGE_TABLE which is not listed in the documentation. Actually, it's listed in second column (Description column) of property teiid_rel:MATVIEW_AFTER_LOAD_SCRIPT. It look like formatting issue.
