unable to consume odata service deployed in teiid

      1) deploy any vdb in teiid that generates odata service
      2) deploy another dynamic vdb (attached sample) that consumes the teiid odata endpoint as source. Fails with attached exception.

      I am unable to consume odata service created in teiid.
