Module needs to be updated for new Saxon-HE

Teiid built from GIT does not deploy because the bundled Saxon HE JAR does not match what is specified in module xml.

Should be changed to something like:

<resource-root path="Saxon-HE-${version.net.sf.saxon}.jar" />
