modifiable attributes for .rar TemplatePropertyDefinitions are inverted

For the admin api call :
getTemplatePropertyDefinitions()

all *.rar 'templates' have incorrect 'modifiable' attributes - all are inverse of what they should be.

For example for "teiid-connector-ws.rar" template:
managedconnectionfactory-class - 'modifiable'=true, and
authUsername - 'modifiable'=false
