Update the Quick Start Example to be the Quick Start Guide and include to include all the quicks starts

Reorganizing the the Quick Start Example into a Quick Start Guide, which will include details on each quick start that's part of the quick start kit. This includes bringing the current examples (i.e., simple client, dynamicvdb-portfolio, dynamicvdb-twitter) under the "Quick Start" umbrella and start adding new quick starts to demonstrate features of Teiid.
