    Description

      Most version of Oracle and MySQL only support one level of nesting for correlated reference appearing in non-inlineview subqueries. These queries are perfectly legal in Teiid and sources such as PostgreSQL. To work around we'll need to add a new capability and planner logic to prevent pushdown.
