Move the template resources to the same package as caller class in bean service

          Description

          Move the template resources to the same package in bean service. /java/BeanInterfaceTemplate.java should be moved to /org/switchyard/tools/forge/bean/BeanInterfaceTemplate.java and /java/BeanImplementationTemplate.java should be moved to /org/switchyard/tools/forge/bean/BeanImplementationTemplate.java. The resources are not being loaded by the ModuleClassLoader in their current location.
