Steps to Reproduce:
1. promote service with multiple operations
2. Add resteasy binding without specifying any operation
3. save and open problems view

Description

This is a spinoff from ~~SWITCHYARD-2725~~

The issue is with the Resteasy binding. If the service interface has multiple operations available, the user has no way currently to specify which operation in the tooling.
