Remove Remote Rest/JMS usage

      Description

      It is required to remove from the Switchyard Rules/BPM components the usage related the Remote JMS and Rest Resources.

      I recommend if you can comment this code, because for next Fuse 6.3.0 maybe this functionality is included again.
