      Description

The maven-jboss-as-plugin deploy step seems to trigger a second run of the quickstart tests (see attached log for example of tests running twice). It seems tied to the use of the deploy goal, which says it calls the lifecycle package before executing itself (https://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/7/plugins/maven/latest/deploy-mojo.html).

If we use the deploy-only goal instead, it seems like we avoid the second execution of the tests (https://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/7/plugins/maven/latest/deploy-only-mojo.html). I did some very limited testing of this on only the camel-soap-proxy quickstart, and it seems like the tests only run once with deploy-only, and it didn't seem to have any other ill effects on building the quickstart or executing the example.
